The undersigned acknowledges and understands that the information set forth above is provided in anticipation of execution by the undersigned of the Continuing Parental or Sponsor Guaranty (the "Guaranty") to be given to guaranty the Resident's obligations under a Lease with First Property Services of Tallahassee, Inc. Since First Property Serivces is relying heavily on the Guaranty and the financial condition of the undersigned in its decision to enter into the Lease, First Property Services may engage a consumer-reporting agency to provide a report on the undersigned's credit and personal history.

The undersigned hereby authorizes First Property Services to obtain such a report and agrees to execute such further documents, if any, as may be necessary to do so. This guaranty may not and shall not be revoked during the initial term of the lease. Thereafter, if the lease is renewed, even if on different terms, this guaranty shall remain in force until receipt by Landlord of written notice of revocation from Guarantor. The undersigned further represents and warrants that the information set forth above is true, correct, and complete.
